Offered here is an exceptional example of a three-register Heuer Camaro, Ref. 7220T (T designating the Tachymeter dial), featuring a white dial. The movement used in this reference, the Valjoux 72, is the same movement used in some of the most popular sports watch models, such as the Rolex Daytona and the Heuer Carrera, amongst others.
This Heuer Camaro is in excellent condition, a very crisp example. The case is unpolished with little wear. The dial is perfect – with no blemishing, spotting, etc. The original lume is still present in both the hands and dial, aged a golden orange on the dial, and a darker hue in the hands.
As a huge bonus, this example comes fitted on its original, and incredibly sought-after original beads-of-rice Gay Freres Heuer bracelet, dated to the 2nd quarter of 1966, and with correct HLA endlinks for the Camaro line.
