Doxa Regulator Chronograph

Description

Offered here is a very rare Doxa Regulator Chronograph. Regulators were designed for use doctors (and often pilots) in order to be able legibly view the time of day (seen in the top register) while simultaneously timing a separate event. This version is offered in a very uncommon 14kt gold case (most were chrome plated), and features an amazing and attractive black gloss and gilt dial, with a silver reflective outer ring, giving the watch a two-tone appearance.

This Doxa Regulator is in amazing condition. The case is unpolished. The dial is in excellent, mint condition, with no visible flaws.
