Description
Up for grabs is a truly stunning Daniel Roth Perpetual Calendar in 18kt yellow gold, given the reference number 118.L.40. This watch was produced circa 2000, a few years after Daniel Roth had sold the company, yet sharing the clear DNA of the models produced under his helm, starting with its double ellipse Ellipsocurvex case. This example comes complete as a full-set, with its original Daniel Roth box, booklets (not filled out), pin setting tool, and original strap/buckle.
The condition of this Daniel Roth perpetual calendar is excellent. The case does not show any signs of polishing or major wear, remaining very sharp to the touch on the underside of the lugs, and retaining clear and crisp hallmarks. Further, the guilloche dial shows no wear or aging.
