Description
The original Santos Dumont was created in collaboration by Louis Cartier and Alberto Santos-Dumont. Santos-Dumont complained about his inability to easily check the time while flying, and thus they designed a slim, light watch that would be suitable for him to comfortably wear while flying. Cartier is commemorating the original 1904 design with this stunning micro-rotor skeleton example.
The watch remains in excellent pre-owned condition, barely used, and remains with its original Cartier box, Warranty card and booklet, and on its original Cartier strap and buckle.
