Offered here is a stunning example of a 3rd generation Gallet Flying Officer chronograph, produced from 1952-1962. This model was likely produced in the early 1960s, as Gallet modified and moved away from the smaller, 34mm clamshell case, to the larger 37mm screwback case. This example features a glossy black dial, and outer rotating bezel.
This Gallet Flying Officer is in excellent, mint condition. The case is unpolished and razor sharp, virtually untouched. The dial is superb, completely glossy, and perfect. The original tritium lume is still present on both dial and hands, aged to a pale yellow.
