Offered here is a very rare Girard Perregaux Gyromatic Deep Diver, produced circa 1960-1970s. This model is favored over the later Deep Diver models due to the straight lug case (versus the later cushion cases) and use of a rotating bakelite bezel.
This Deep Diver is in great vintage condition. The case does not show signs of overpolishing, with thick lugs and beveled edges still present. The dial is in great condition, with no visible flaws. The lume on the dial is still present, aged to a golden yellow, and the hands have been professionally color matched to the dial.
