This is a lovely example of a 1940s Breitling Premier, Reference 787, featuring three registers (to enable the user to count minutes and hours), and cool dial with reflective, Art-Deco markers. This Breitling Premier is in excellent condition, with an unpolished and untouched case, and near-mint dial.
