Description
Up for grabs is a very well-preserved and attractive Rolex Bubbleback, Ref. 2940, circa 1950s. This example features a lovely and rare Chronometre dial, with Roman numeral indices. This Rolex Bubbleback is in well-preserved vintage condition. The case has been lightly polished in the past, but remains thick and even. The dial is very well-preserved, with only small marks visible above the hands. This example has been fit on a Private Eyes straight link bracelet, the same style of bracelet that Rolex would have used at the time.
