Offered here is a very nice “neo-vintage” Rolex Submariner, Ref. 16610, circa 1990. Deployed as the successor to Rolex’s Reference 168000 Submariner, the 16610 utilizes the Caliber 3135 movement, and a less corrosive steel for the case material. This Rolex Submariner comes with its original Rolex box and a Rolex Service Card from a service in 2013. The watch itself is in excellent vintage condition. The case is sharp, with crisp beveled edges, appearing unpolished. The dial is in perfect condition, with no chips, marks, or scratches. The original tritium lume is present on the dial and hands, aged to a nice cream yellow color on the dial, and remaining lighter in the hands. The watch comes on a flip-lock 93150 bracelet with 501B endlinks and 11 full links and diver’s extension, and has light stretch.
