Offered here is a Rolex Explorer II, reference 16570, circa 1993, with tritium dial. This example is fitted with a black dial, and is before Rolex transitioned to their “no holes” cases. Included in the sale is the watch’s original Rolex box and paperwork (Guarantee Certificate originating from Japan, booklets, etc., as pictured).
This Rolex Explorer II is in great vintage condition. The case appears unpolished, with prominent original bevels. The dial and bezel are in great condition, with no defects. Further, the original tritium lume is present on both dial and hands, aged to a nice creamy color on the dial, and matching in the hands. The watch is fitted on a Rolex Oyster 78460 bracelet with 501B endlinks, and has 10 full links with no stretch.
