Offered here is a very nice “neo-vintage” Rolex Submariner, Ref. 16610, circa 1996. Deployed as the successor to Rolex’s Reference 168000 Submariner, the 16610 utilizes the Caliber 3135 movement, and a less corrosive steel for the case material. This Rolex Submariner comes complete as a full-set, including its original Rolex box, Warranty Certificate, and (printed) hangtag. The watch itself is in great vintage condition. The case has been previously polished, but the lugs are still thick and even, with some of the original bevels still visible. The dial is in perfect condition, with no chips, marks, or scratches. The original tritium lume is present in both dial and hands, with a nice off-white color. The watch comes on a flip-lock 93150 bracelet with 501B endlinks and 11 full links and diver’s extension, and has light stretch.
