Description
Up for grabs is a rare, mint, and early Heuer Skipper, circa 1970s, Ref. 73463. This is the first iteration of the Skipper (in this case style), featuring a manual-wind Valjoux 7734 movement (later changed to an automatic movement). This is one of the finest Skippers we’ve ever seen, with an unpolished case, sharp lines and edges, a perfect, blemish-free dial, and perfectly aged yellow lume on the dial and hands.
This Skipper also is special, in that it has a very low 26xxxx serial, one of, if not the earliest Skipper known to the market.
