Up for grabs is a super-rare and immensely popular Heuer Autavia, dubbed the “Orange Boy” for the orange colors accenting the dial. In addition to the rarity of this watch, the example offered today is the epitome of a “complete package”. It comes equipped with the original Heuer red racing cube box, warranty booklet, sleeve, and heuer envelope where you would send a part of the warranty booklet for registration. Further, it comes equipped on its original Guy Freres bracelet.
The watch itself is in New-Old-Stock (“NOS”) condition. We do not use that term lightly here, and only apply it when it rings true. This watch is pretty much untouched, and probably never worn (ok, maybe tried on a few times). The case is unpolished and without a mark on it; the dial is mint and perfect. There is not much to say about the condition of the watch that the picture can’t do themselves. Oh, and the sticker is still on the caseback.
Look, we aren’t going to sugarcoat it. This is a big watch – in size and power. It is highly collectible and coveted amongst Heuer fans and aficionados. Coupled with the fact that it is in perfect condition, and complete with box, papers, and on the original bracelet, this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
