This is a nice example of a desirable Halmilton panda-dial (white with black registers) chronograph. These watches have been dubbed the “poor man’s Heuer Carrera”, due to their association with Heuer (many being built by Heuer themselves), and their tendency to be priced well cheaper than a Carrera.
This example is in good vintage condition, with a nice dial that has aged to a cream color in some light. The dial has minor stains and spotting, and the registers are going brown (tropical) under certain light. The case is unpolished, and the movement has recently been serviced and running well.
