SOLD
Description
Up for grabs is a lovely example of the incredibly popular Rolex “Zenith” Daytona, so-called for its movement made by the brand, Zenith. Rolex introduced the automatic movement chronograph in 1987, using a movement manufactured by Zenith, as it was the industry’s only self-winding chronograph movement that met Rolex’s high quality standards. This particular example dates to 1999 (A-serial), in the final years of production.
This Rolex Daytona is in great vintage condition. The case appears unpolished and sharp, with normal wear from use over the years. The dial is in mint condition, with no flaws, and likewise for the lume.
Finally, the watch comes on its original Rolex 78790A Oyster bracelet with SEL endlinks, and has 12 full links with no stretch.
