Description
Offered here is an incredible example of a Reference 1675, Rolex “GMT-Master”, with a Mark 1 “Long E” dial. The serial of this GMT-Master is 20xxxxx, dating this watch to 1968.
The watch itself is in excellent condition. The case, albeit worn/used, does not show any signs of polishing, with thick and beefy lugs, and original sharp beveled edges visible. The dial is devoid of any chips, scratches, or flaws, and is in perfect condition. The original tritium lume is still present on the dial and hands, aged to a lovely yellow color. The original “Pepsi” bezel insert is in excellent condition, with almost no wear, and a lovely light fade.
The watch comes fitted on a Rolex Swiss Jubilee 6251H bracelet, dated to 1971 and with 55 endlinks, and has moderate stretch, overall well-preserved for a Jubilee of this era.
