Description
Offered here is a beautiful example of a Reference 1675, Rolex “GMT-Master”, with a Mark 2 dial. The serial of this GMT-Master is 30xxxxx, dating this watch to 1972. The watch is a “full-set”, coming with its original Rolex inner and outer box, and “punched” warranty certificate, and accessories.
The watch itself is in excellent condition. The case, albeit worn/used, does not show any signs of polishing, with thick and beefy lugs, and original beveled edges visible. The dial is devoid of any chips, scratches, or flaws, and is in perfect condition. The original tritium lume is still present on the dial and hands, aged to a lovely pumpkin-orange color. The original “Pepsi” bezel insert has aged beautifully, with a fade to the top blue portion and a dark rich maroon color on the bottom red portion.
The watch comes fitted on a Rolex Swiss 6251H Jubilee bracelet with 55 endlinks, dated to 1972, and has light stretch, well-preserved for a jubilee of this era.
