Rolex “Full-Set 1675 MK4” GMT-Master

Description

Up for grabs is a beautiful example of a Reference 1675, Rolex “GMT-Master”. The serial of this GMT-Master is 5.2m dating this watch to 1977, and it features an “MK4” dial.  Further, this example comes to us out of Canada, and complete with its original box, booklets, and Warranty Certificate, showing the original date of sale in 1979 in Ottawa.

The watch itself is in excellent condition.  The case has been polished in the past but remains sharp, with  well-defined beveled edges. The dial is mint, with no flaws. The original tritium lume is still present on the dial aged to a golden yellow color; the hands have been professionally color-matched to the dial. Finally, the original “Pepsi” red-back bezel insert is likewise in excellent condition, with light wear, aged to a nice pink hue (sometimes referred to as “The Pink Lady”).

The watch comes fitted on a Rolex Oyster 78360 bracelet with 580 endlinks, and has 12 full links and no stretch.
