Offered here is a beautiful and dead mint Rolex GMT-Master, reference 1675/8 in 18kt yellow gold, circa 1979. The 1675/8 is the second iteration of the all-gold GMT-Master, following its introduction in the late 1950s in the reference 6542. Further, this particular example comes complete with its original Rolex box, original Warranty Certificate (originally sold by Bucherer), sales receipt (and interestingly reflecting the fact that this example was born on a Presidential bracelet), and even the original credit card receipt from purchase.
The condition on this Rolex GMT-Master is amazing, barely used. The case is unpolished, with original beveled edges still prevalent. The original black dial shows no major flaws or chips. In similar fashion, the watch retains its original tritium lume on both dial and hands, aged to a nice yellow color.
