Description
Up for grabs is a Rolex Datejust, Reference 16000, circa 19780 with the popular “Buckley” dial, featuring a roman numeral layout. Additionally, this particular watch comes complete with its original Rolex Box and “punched” Guarantee Certificate. This Rolex Datejust example is in great condition, with a sharp and thick case, and flawless dial; the watch retains its original tritium lume on both dial and hands, aged to a golden yellow, with some loss to the 5 o’clock marker plot. The watch comes fitted on a Rolex Swiss 62510H Jubilee band, with 55 endlinks, and has light stretch.
