Description
Up for grabs is a tremendously attractive (one of our absolute favorites in a long time!) Rolex Submariner, Ref. 16808, circa 1991 (X-serial), housed in 18kt Yellow Gold. The condition on this Submariner is great. The case has been polished in the past, but retaining thick and even lugs, with beveled edges. The original “nipple” dial has noticeably aged to an incredible tropical aqua light green color; the dial itself is very well-preserved, with no marks, chips, etc. Further, the watch retains its original tritium lume on both dial and hands, aged to a nice yellow color. The Rolex 92908 gold Oyster bracelet has 11 full links (4 removable links) and no stretch; the top link at 12 o’clock shows a small ding.
