Description
Up for grabs is a very rare and beautiful example of a Rolex Day-Date, reference 1803, in 18kt rose gold, datimg to 1968-69. The case is in nice condition, with thick and even lugs, likely lightly detailed in the past. The dial is in excellent condition, with no major flaws or blemishes. The tritium lume is present on the dial, aged to a dark yellow/brown color. The watch comes on its original and quite rare rose gold Rolex presidential pre-hidden clasp bracelet, produced by Gay Freres and dating to 1968; the bracelet has light stretch, and will fit a large wrist at 7.5″+.
