SOLD
Description
Up for grabs is an excellent example of the incredibly popular Rolex “Zenith” Daytona, so-called for its movement made by the brand, Zenith. Rolex introduced the automatic movement chronograph in 1987, using a movement manufactured by Zenith, as it was the industry’s only self-winding chronograph movement that met Rolex’s high quality standards. This particular example was produced early in their production in 1994.
This Rolex Daytona is in great vintage condition. The case does not show signs of overpolishing (if ever polished at all); the caseback sticker is still in-tact. The dial is in great condition, with no major flaws or marks. Likewise, the original tritium lume is present on both dial and hands. The bezel shows no detail/color loss. The Rolex gold Oyster 78398 bracelet has 10 full links and no stretch.
