Offered here is a stunning and uncommon Patek Philippe Ellipse, circa 1970s, reference 3862. This particular Ellipse was made in 18kt yellow gold, fit with a two-tone blue sunburst dial, and powered by an automatic movement. The condition of this Patek Philippe Ellipse is excellent, with no major wear to the case or dial; the watch remains on its original Patek black leather strap and yellow gold Patek tang buckle.
