Omega “CK710 Monopusher Enamel” Chronograph

SOLD

Description

Offered here is a very rare and downright incredible Omega monopusher chronograph, circa 1936 the Reference CK710, powered by the famous Cal. 33.3 movement, which was the predecessor to the Omega Cal. 321 and 27CH.  This watch is fitted in a large, coin-edge bezel 37mm steel case, and is fitted with an uncommon white enamel “snail” dial.  These watches are very difficult to find, and most have aged very poorly over the year, with cracking to the enamel common.  According to the Omega, this watch was delivered to Italy in 1936.

This example is in exceptional vintage condition, with an unpolished case (albeit worn from normal use), and well-preserved dial.  These early Omega chronographs are adorned by collectors, and considered some of the most desirable watches in the vintage world – the watch offered here is exceptional and very difficult to find in such good, unmolested condition.
