LeCoultre Shark Diver Chronograph

Description

This is an absolutely mint example of Jaeger LeCoultre’s diving chronograph, nicknamed the “Shark”. This example, bearing the signature of simply “LeCoultre”, was made for the American market.

The watch offered here is in near-perfect condition. The black dial is in fantastic condition, with no noticeable marks or wear. The rotating bezel is also very sharp, and the original pearl has aged to a nice brown patina, consistent with the lume on the hands and markers of the dial. The case appears unpolished (if it ever was polished, it was very light), and the lugs are very sharp and defined.

This watch is very sought after and rare, and good examples are snatched up virtually immediately when they come to market.
