Hamilton “All Black” Chronograph

Up for grabs is a very rare Hamilton chronograph, dubbed the “Poor Man’s Carrera”, featuring an all black dial and three registers. This dial configuration is very seldom seen, and other examples are hard to come by.

This Hamilton chronograph is in good vintage condition. The case does not show signs of overpolishing, and has thick and sharp lugs. The dial is in good condition, but shows minor blemishing in certain areas around the edge of the dial/chapter ring. The dial also shows a dark brown setting in, turning tropical. The original lume is still present in both the hands and dial, and has aged to a light orange patina.
