Description
This is an exceptionally rare Gruen Chrono-timer in uncommon 14kt gold. These watches date to the 1940s, and are believed to be made for use by doctors (due to the pulsations scale present on most iterations).
The watch itself is in mint condition. The 14kt gold case has developed a downright stunning patina (check out the lugs!), and the silver dial is untouched. The bracelet is likely original, but not made of gold. The watch also comes equipped with its original box.
