Description
Offered here is a rare Cartier “Tank a Vis” from their CPCP Collection Privee line, given the moniker of the “Wandering Hour” due to its jump-hour complication. This particular example was given the reference number 2554, and produced in 18kt white gold. Produced circa 2000, this limited watch has a very unique layout, with the hour of day displayed through a window at the top, and minute hand rotating around the guilloche dial; at the bottom of the dial is a date window. This Cartier Tank a Vis is in good pre-owned condition, with no major wear or marks to the case; the leather strap is generic, but remains with its original Cartier deployant buckle.
