Audemars Piguet “25654BA” Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar

Up for grabs is a rare Audemars Piguet Royal Oak perpetual calendar, produced in the 1990s, housed in 18kt yellow gold, reference 25654BA.  The 25654 was the successor to Audemars Piguet’s first reference Royal Oak perpetual, the reference 25554.  Of the 800 pieces produced under the 25654 reference, only 430 were made in yellow gold.  This particular Royal Oak, reference 25654, is fitted with a matching champage dial and MK1 “Small logo” print.  Further, the condition of this Audemars Piguet Royal Oak perpetual calendar is excellent, retaining a sharp case with defined beveled edges, and a perfect, blemish-free dial.  The bracelet is likewise in great condition, with no stretch, and appears fully-linked.
