SOLD
Description
Offered here is an extremely rare Wittnauer Electro-Chron wristwatch, with a “skeletonized” dial, allowing the wearer to see the movement from the dial. Wittnauer was one of the many marketers of the Landeron, which was the first Swiss Electric movement and introduced in 1961. These skeletonized versions of the Electro-Chron, featuring a lovely twisted-lugs case (a la the Universal Geneve Polerouter, and others), almost never come up for sale.
The watch is in mint condition – completely untouched. Further, it comes fitted on its original steel bracelet and with the original Wittnauer Electro-Chron box.
