Hamilton “Tropical” Panda Chronograph

Description

This is a nice example of the uber-popular Hamilton “Poor Man’s Carrera” panda 2-register chronograph. ÊThis panda (white with black registers) is highly desirable, bearing a very similar resemblance to the Heuer Carrera.

The example offered here is in good vintage condition. ÊThe case is unpolished and sharp, with normal surface scratches present from use. ÊThe dial is in good condition, with light staining on the left side of the dial; however, the subdials have aged brown, or “tropical”, which is rare for this particular model. ÊThe original lume is still present, and has aged a dark brown, consistent with the brown subdials.
