Rolex “1675 MK5” GMT-Master

Description

Up for grabs is a beautiful example of a Reference 1675, Rolex “GMT-Master”. The serial of this GMT-Master is 5.4m dating this watch to 1978, and it features an “MK5” dial. The watch itself is in great vintage condition.  The case has been polished in the past, but retains thick and even lugs. The dial is mint, with no flaws. The original tritium lume is still present on the dial and hands, aged to a nice and vibrant yellow color. Finally, the original “Pepsi” bezel insert is likewise in excellent condition, with no major wear and nice fade to the red portion of the bezel, aging pink

The watch comes fitted on a Rolex folded-link 7836 bracelet, with 358 endlinks.  The bracelet dates slightly earlier than the watch with a ’72 clasp code, and has 12 full links with virtually no stretch.
