Up for grabs is a Rolex Datejust, cased in 18kt yellow gold, circa 1979, reference 16018 (with quickset function), fitted with a very rare “Tiger’s Eye” stone dial. Stone dial Datejust and Day-Dates have soared in popularity, adding a little variance to your normal fare dials of the Datejust and Day-Date models.
This particular Rolex Datejust is in great vintage condition. The case has been lightly polished in the past, but remains thick. sharp, and even. The Tiger’s Eye dial is perfect, with no cracks or blemishes.
