Zenith “G780” El Primero

Description

Offered here is a 1970s Zenith El Primero, Ref. G780, in 18kt Yellow Gold.  Produced in limited quantities, these El Primeros in solid gold are hard to come by.  Further, the present example is in “Like New Old Stock” condition, a true rarity.

As stated above, this Zenith El Primero is in mint condition.  The solid gold case is unpolished and untouched – even the caseback is clean, with no tool marks.  The dial is also untouched, and in perfect condition.  Finally, the original tritium lume is still present on both dial and hands, aged to a golden yellow.

This El Primero comes fitted on a Zenith-signed leather strap and gold buckle.
