Offered here is an exceptional and rare Rolex GMT-Master, reference 1675 in stainless steel, circa 1977. While the GMT itself is no rare watch, what sets this Rolex GMT-Master apart from the others is the fact that it was sold by the retailer “Tiffany & Co.”, back during an era when Rolex watches were sold through Tiffany stores. Tiffany signed Rolex are tremendously collectible and very difficult to find.
Further, the condition on this Tiffany-signed Rolex GMT-Master is excellent. The case, although worn from use, appears unpolished, with nice original bevels still visible, and a Tiffany stock number is still mostly visible on the back on the bottom lug. The dial is in great condition, with no visible flaws or marks. In similar fashion, the watch retains its original tritium lume on both dial and hands, aged to a golden yellow color. Further, the watch retains its original “red back” Pepsi insert, very well preserved with no major wear.
Finally, the watch is fitted on its original Rolex C&I American Rivet bracelet, dated to 1977, and has 11 full links with very little wear/stretch, very well maintained.
