Up for grabs is a very rare and beautiful example of a Rolex Day-Date, reference 1803, in 18kt rose gold, with uncommon “matte” black dial, dating to 1970. The case is in nice condition, with thick and even lugs, likely lightly polished once in the past. The dial is extremely mint, with not a blemish visible. The tritium lume is present in both dial and hands, aged to a creamy yellow color, with puffy, full plots. The watch comes on a Rolex Swiss Presidential gold bracelet, dating to 1968-69, with light stretch and appears fully linked.
