Rolex “1016” Explorer

Description

Up for grabs is a Rolex Explorer I, Reference 1016, circa 1986 towards the end of production, with a matte dial.  This particular Explorer is in great condition.  The case has been previously polished, but still retains thick and even lugs.  The dial is gorgeous, with no damage.  Likewise, the original tritium lume is present on the dial and hands, aged to a nice yellow color. The watch comes fitted on a Rolex Oyster 78360 bracelet with 580 endlinks, and has 10 full links with minimal stretch.
