Offered for sale is an immensely popular early iteration of the Patek Philippe Aquanaut, the Reference 5065, which was the first “jumbo” model they made, coming in at 38mm (up from 35mm). The 5065 began production in 1998, upgrading the movement to the new Caliber 315 SC, and was made until 2007. The example offered here was produced in the 2000s in solid 18kt gold, and included is the original Patek Certificate of Origin, and accompanying wallets and booklets.
This Patek Philippe Aquanaut is in great condition. The case does not show signs of polishing, and still shows the original definition in the lugs. The dial is perfect and devoid of any flaws. Likewise, the original tritium lume is in tact on both dial and hands, aged to a nice yellow color. Please Note: the bracelet has been previously sized, and will fit approximately a 6.5″ wrist, and retains its original gold Patek buckle.
