Up for grabs is an excellent example of an Omega Speedmaster, of the so-called “Pre-Moon” models, Reference 145.012-67, circa 1967, with a correct serial range of 25xxxxx. This example is in excellent vintage condition. The case appears unpolished, with original beveled edges; there are no tool marks on the caseback. The dial is perfect, with no blemishes. The original tritium lume is still present in both hands and dial, aged to a golden yellow color on the dial, and a slightly darker yellow in the hands. The original crystal is still present, signed with the Omega logo in the center. The original and correct “DON” (Dot Over Ninety) bezel is in amazing shape, with no wear. Further, it is fitted on its original Omega flat-link 1039 bracelet, with 516 endlinks; the bracelet is dated to the 4th quarter of 1967 and is in excellent condition, and will fit an approximate 7″ wrist.
