Gallet MultiChron Pilot

Description

This is a beautiful example of Gallet’s MultiChron Pilot. This watch came in 2-register and 3-register variants, powered by a variety of movements. The watch offered today is one of the 2-register variety, with an uncommon dial and bezel. The dial and bezel are unique due to the addition of a red/pink color (the telemeter scale on the dial, and the number 12 on the bezel), which is rarely seen and contrasts against the mint black dial very well.

The watch is in great condition. The case is untouched and unpolished. The dial is beautiful, and in some lights is turning slightly brown. The crystal shows some dust, but none is on the dial. The caseback has a sweet inscription, reading “All My Love. Shirley. ’72”
