Offered here is a lovely and honest example of Rolex Daytona, Ref. 6241 (circa 1968; 2.0m serial), fitted with a “panda” (white with black registers) dial, and features pump pushers and a black bakelite bezel.
The condition of this Daytona is great. The case does not shown any major signs of polishing, with thick and even lugs, albeit worn from use. The dial is in great condition, with no major scratches, chips, marks, etc. The original tritium lume is still present on both dial and hands, with some light loss to a few of the plots, and a tiny crack to the lume in the minute hand. The bakelite bezel is likewise in very nice condition, with one small crack between 9 and 10 o’clock.
The watch comes on a Rolex Swiss Rivet 7205 bracelet with 57 endlinks, dated to 1969, with 12 full links, and very light stretch.
