Up for grabs is a rare Audemars Piguet Royal Oak perpetual calendar, produced in the 1990s, housed in 18kt yellow gold, reference 25654BA. The 25654 was the successor to Audemars Piguet’s first reference Royal Oak perpetual, the reference 25554. Of the 800 pieces produced under the 25654 reference, only 430 were made in yellow gold. This particular Royal Oak, reference 265654, is fitted with a white dial and MK1 “Small logo” print; according to our watchmaker, this watch had never been opened or serviced prior to his full service, and was truly untouched. The watch has also been confirmed in the records of Audemars Piguet. As such, the condition of this Audemars Piguet Royal Oak perpetual calendar is excellent, with a razor sharp and unpolished case, and perfect, blemish-free dial. The bracelet is likewise in great condition, with no stretch, and will fit an approximate 7.5″ wrist.
