Breitling TransOcean Chronometre

SOLD

Description

The Breitling TransOcean Chronometre debuted in Breitling’s line-up in 1957, and was marketed as one of their “high-end” watches, bringing with it a larger price-tag for the time. The watch features a gorgeously decorated 25-jewel movement, and a twisted lugs-case, commonly seen and similar to the Universal Geneve Polerouter, Tri-Compax, and various Compax models, as well as the Moonwatch Omega Speedmasters.

This Breitling TransOcean is in excellent condition. The case is in perfect condition, and appears unpolished. The silver sunburst dial is exceptionally well preserved, and blemish free.

The bracelet is not solid gold/original to the watch, but works very well with the gold-capped case, and can be switched for a leather bracelet upon request.
